KnightHawk Protection patrol division provides patrol services to our clients at their contracted property. Patrol officers are highly trained and do their best to provide our clients with as much information as possible as to what takes place on their properties throughout the night. Officers patrol our clients properties in marked vehicles to deter crime while keeping a watchful eye out for suspicious activity, noise disturbances, suspicious persons and anything out of the ordinary.

Residents and clients are able to contact a 24 hour dispatch line to report any disturbances or suspicious activity. Our clients will be provided with detailed, professional reports outlining any reported or witnessed incidents or activity that takes place on their property. All vehicles are equipped with GPS units for accurate dispatch and fast response times.

There are several services our patrol division can provide, if you are interested in our patrol service contact our office to speak with a representative of KnightHawk’s patrol division. There are two patrol district offices – Vancouver, East Portland.

KnightHawk Protection contracts with local alarm companies to respond to alarm calls. Your alarm company has a direct line to our dispatch center which will ensure a rapid response from the local district officer. Our client’s prefer for us to respond first, rather than the police, due to costs, and personal interests. We have specially trained officers that have years of experience in dealing with alarm responses and the problems that can occur from them.

If an alarm is activated, the alarm agency notifies our dispatchers who will ensure that a patrol officer is dispatched immediately. The patrol officer will respond to the location of the alarm and check for any signs of forced entry or suspicious activity. If the alarm is false, the patrol officer will reset the alarm ensuring all doors and windows are secure and leave the scene with a written response. If the alarm is founded our dispatchers and patrol officers are trained in the necessary steps to handle the situation.

Our on-site officers will be a great asset to your security plan. KnightHawk Protection on-site officers provide a visible presence, while proactively patrolling the clients property. The client will be supplied with detailed reports of all activity and incidents that the officer observes.

On-site officers are able to quickly respond to incidents they encounter as well as respond to calls received by KnightHawk Protection’s dispatch center. This ensures that the clients needs are met in a timely fashion.
